What is Zucker? Zucker is a healthy snacking brand from Odisha. We make protein bars and date bars using real ingredients — dates, nuts, real fruit — with no refined sugar added to our date bars, 12g of protein in our Ember protein bar, and no preservatives in our date bars.

What flavors do you offer? Our date bars come in Coconut, Mango, and Orange. We also offer a protein chocolate bar. Keep an eye on our page — new flavors are always in the works!

How much protein is in each bar? Our date bars contain 9g of protein per bar, and our protein chocolate bar contains 12g. Exact values are printed on every pack.

Are your bars really sugar-free? Our date bars have no refined sugar added; all their sweetness comes from dates, which also bring fibre. Our Ember protein bar is sweetened with maltitol and FOS (a prebiotic fibre), and its dark chocolate-style coating does contain sugar. The full ingredient list is on our Ingredients page and every pack.

What ingredients do you use? Real, recognizable ingredients: dates, almonds, cashews, pistachios, oats, coconut, real fruit (mango, orange), soy and yeast protein, and cocoa. The full ingredient list is printed on each pack.

Do your products contain allergens? Yes. All our bars contain nuts, our date bars contain ghee (dairy), and our Ember protein bar contains soy. They may also contain traces of other allergens. Please check the label before eating if you have any food allergies.

Are Zucker bars suitable for kids? Many parents pick our date bars for tiffins because they are made from dates, nuts, oats, ghee and fruit, with no refined sugar added and no preservatives. Ember is designed for adults with a protein goal. Check for nut, dairy and soy allergies first, and keep it to one bar as part of a balanced day.

Can diabetics eat Zucker bars? Our bars have no added refined sugar, but dates do contain natural sugars. If you have diabetes or any medical condition, please consult your doctor before adding any new food to your diet.

How should I store the bars? Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Storage instructions and the best-before date are printed on every pack.

What is the shelf life? Each pack has its best-before date printed on it. For the freshest taste, we recommend consuming soon after purchase.

Where do you deliver? We deliver across India. Brajrajnagar enjoys free local delivery, and other locations are served through our courier partner.

How long does delivery take?

• Brajrajnagar: same day or next day
• Odisha: 2–4 business days
• Rest of India: 3–7 business days

How can I track my order? For courier shipments, you'll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched. For local deliveries, we'll coordinate with you directly on WhatsApp.

Returns & Issues

What if my product arrives damaged? We're sorry! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll send a replacement or refund — your choice. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

Can I return a bar if I don't like the flavor? Since our products are food items, we can't accept returns based on taste preference. But tell us what you didn't love — your feedback genuinely shapes what we make next.
