What is Zucker? Zucker is a healthy snacking brand from Odisha. We make protein bars and date bars using real ingredients — dates, nuts, real fruit — with no added sugar, no preservatives, and no artificial flavours.

What flavors do you offer? Our date bars come in Coconut, Mango, and Orange. We also offer a protein chocolate bar. Keep an eye on our page — new flavors are always in the works!

How much protein is in each bar? Our date bars contain 9g of protein per bar, and our protein chocolate bar contains 12g. Exact values are printed on every pack.

Are your bars really sugar-free? We never add refined sugar. Our bars are sweetened naturally with dates, which also bring fibre and nutrients along with their natural sweetness.

What ingredients do you use? Real, recognizable ingredients: dates, almonds, coconut, real fruit (mango, orange), and cocoa. The full ingredient list is printed on each pack.

Do your products contain allergens? Yes — our bars contain nuts and may contain traces of other allergens. Please check the label before consuming if you have any food allergies.

Are Zucker bars suitable for kids? Yes! Our bars are made from real food ingredients with no added sugar, making them a snack many parents feel good about. As with any food, moderation is key.

Can diabetics eat Zucker bars? Our bars have no added refined sugar, but dates do contain natural sugars. If you have diabetes or any medical condition, please consult your doctor before adding any new food to your diet.

How should I store the bars? Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Storage instructions and the best-before date are printed on every pack.

What is the shelf life? Each pack has its best-before date printed on it. For the freshest taste, we recommend consuming soon after purchase.

Delivery

Where do you deliver? We deliver across India. Brajrajnagar enjoys free local delivery, and other locations are served through our courier partner.

How long does delivery take?

• Brajrajnagar: same day or next day
• Odisha: 2–4 business days
• Rest of India: 3–7 business days

How can I track my order? For courier shipments, you'll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched. For local deliveries, we'll coordinate with you directly on WhatsApp.

Returns & Issues

What if my product arrives damaged? We're sorry! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll send a replacement or refund — your choice. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

Can I return a bar if I don't like the flavor? Since our products are food items, we can't accept returns based on taste preference. But tell us what you didn't love — your feedback genuinely shapes what we make next.
