Returns & Refunds Policy

At Zucker, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Since our products are perishable food items, our return policy is designed with food safety in mind.

1. Returns

Because protein bars, date bars, and other snacks are consumable food products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed products. This is for hygiene and food safety reasons.

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be eligible for return only in the situations listed below.

2. When You Can Request a Replacement or Refund

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You received a damaged product (torn, leaking, or crushed packaging)
  • You received a defective product (spoiled, stale, or quality issue)
  • You received the wrong product or flavor
  • Your order arrived with items missing

3. How to Raise a Request

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery — via WhatsApp/call at 7008794303 or email at purohitfooods@gmail.com
  2. Share your order details (order number or name/phone used while ordering)
  3. Send clear photos of the product and its packaging showing the issue
  4. Keep the product with you until the issue is resolved — do not discard it

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible, as we cannot verify the condition of perishable items beyond this window.

4. Resolution

Once we verify the issue, we will offer one of the following, based on your preference and product availability:

  • Free replacement of the same product, delivered to you
  • Full refund for the affected item(s)
  • Store credit for a future order, if you prefer

5. Refund Timelines

  • Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days of confirmation
  • The amount will reflect in your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer to your provided details

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund — contact us as soon as possible
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may raise a replacement/refund request as per this policy if there is an issue with the product

7. Items Not Eligible

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Products past their best-before date at the time of the complaint, if delivered with adequate shelf life
  • Taste preference alone (we're confident you'll love them — but flavor preference is not a defect)
