1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across India.
- Brajrajnagar: FREE local delivery on all orders
- Rest of India: Shipped via our courier partner (Delhivery)
2. Shipping Charges
- Brajrajnagar: Free
- Other locations: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
Shipping charges, if any, will always be shown clearly before you complete your payment.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days of being placed
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation once your order is dispatched, along with tracking details for courier shipments
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Brajrajnagar (local delivery): Same day or next day
- Odisha (nearby cities): 2–4 business days
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 4–7 business days
These timelines are estimates from the date of dispatch. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
For courier shipments, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS/email once your order is dispatched. You can use it to track your package on the courier partner's website.
For local Brajrajnagar deliveries, we will coordinate with you directly via call or WhatsApp.
6. Packaging
Our products are packed carefully to protect them during transit and preserve freshness. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take a photo before opening it and contact us within 48 hours — see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
7. Failed Deliveries
- Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct and complete at the time of ordering
- If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient after multiple attempts, or refusal to accept, re-delivery may involve additional shipping charges
- Packages returned to us due to failed delivery will be refunded for the product amount, excluding shipping charges
8. Bulk & Wholesale Orders
For bulk orders, gym/store partnerships, or wholesale inquiries, contact us directly on WhatsApp — delivery terms for bulk orders are arranged individually.
