Zucker ("we," "us," "our") is a food brand offering protein bars, date bars, and healthy snacks. Our products are sold through this website, WhatsApp, and select retail partners in Odisha, India.

2. Products

All our products are food items made with real ingredients. Product images on the website are for representation purposes; actual packaging and appearance may vary slightly.

Nutritional information displayed (such as protein content) is approximate and based on standard serving sizes. Values may vary slightly between batches.

Please check the ingredient list before consuming if you have any food allergies. Our products may contain or be processed alongside nuts, dairy, and other allergens.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders can be placed through this website or via WhatsApp.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
• Payment must be completed at the time of ordering unless cash on delivery is offered for your area.

4. Delivery

• Free delivery is available in Brajrajnagar. Delivery to other areas may involve additional charges, which will be communicated at the time of ordering.
• Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Please ensure the delivery address and contact number provided are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

5. Returns & Refunds

• As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns of opened or consumed products.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Storage & Consumption

Store products in a cool, dry place as indicated on the packaging. Consume before the expiry/best-before date printed on the pack. We are not responsible for products consumed after expiry or stored improperly.

7. Website Use

• You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content (images, text, branding) without written permission.
• All content on this website, including the Zucker name, logo, and product designs, is our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zucker shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
